Serving Recommendations - for multiple servings
  1. Amounts taken during each 24 hour period as shown in the table provided in the Serving Information section. Divide the daily amount, proportioned for each meal. Suggested to take dietary supplements with meals, not on an empty stomach. Upset stomachs are most likely due to that you did not eat first.

  2. To increase to 2 servings, double everything written for one serving; usually possible the next day. Eat more frequent and smaller meals if you choose. Take notice of how you feel, create a diary, enter the daily information into your diary.

  3. If you have any stomach or stool discomfort, be sure that this dietary supplement was not taken on an empty stomach or if diarrhea occurs spread the Cod Liver Oil (CLO) evenly through the day. Some foods will cause discomfort. Revise your diet or speak to a CELLECT advisor.

  4. When you can take 2 servings without discomfort, you can then go up to 3 servings. Most people have no problem with 3 servings. Keep a diary with a log to document how you feel with each additional serving.

  5. Review how you feel then go up to 4 servings when you are ready, which is usually the next day. Or you can gradually increase ¼ or ½ serving daily until you reach 4 servings; you can take 3 ¼, then 3 ½, then 3 ¾ and then 4. Go according to how you feel.

  6. Some people immediately start with 4 servings. Some start with one serving on first day and then go to 2 servings the next day, then 3 servings daily, etc.


  7. Some people put the entire day's amount of CELLECT in the blender to make a shake, using strawberries, blueberries, whipped cream, ice cream, Italian ices, melon, honey dew, fruit juices, etc. Do not add cod liver oil to the shake as it is an oil which will make it taste terrible. Keep the shake refrigerated and drink it throughout the day. It may separate as it sits, simply blend it again.


    IMPORTANT: Please keep a log or diary to help you determine which foods agree/ disagree with you, avoid foods that disagree.

    Be careful to watch digestive reactions, even though most people do not have any adverse effects with these given servings. If you experience any symptoms, please contact a CELLECT advisor to help determine the cause and to solve the problem.

    Regarding cod liver oil, some people experience a mild upset stomach with very high servings, some get loose bowels, which a change in diet will help resolve. Try spreading the cod liver oil evenly through the day or reduce the amount of cod liver oil until it is resolved.


    Food Recommendations - It is important to choose Chemical-Free foods that have not been engineered, preserved, processed or altered from their natural state. Local butchers have the most pure meats without chemicals. Fruits and vegetables that were available prior to the 1970's are now referred to as "Organic Food". Most chain stores have replaced the organic foods with Hydroponic vegetables & fruits that are lacking important nutrients. Organic foods are the best type. Farm stands provide the best quality. Cookies & cakes made from pure ingredients are good; from a local bakery or home-made is best.

    IMPORTANT

    Flavored powdered mix - One serving includes a Single scoop with 3 cod liver oil gel caps. For 4 servings, take a total of 4 scoops & a total 12 Cod Liver Oil pills spread throughout the day, not all at once.

    UnFlavored powdered mix - One serving includes a Single scoop with 3 cod liver oil gel caps. For 2 or more servings, you can add one flavored scoop and one unflavored scoop per shake, giving you 2 Servings in one shake. This way, instead of 4 shakes, you will only require 2 shakes to provide 4 Servings, do not forget the 6 Cod Liver Oil soft gels per 2 dose shake, totaling 12 daily.

    You can mix the powder in milk, water or fruit juice, or any other liquid you desire. For each serving add 1 scoop of CELLECT powder into 6-8 oz. of liquid and blend. Use your favorite fruits, ice cream, whipped cream or anything tasty. Adding vanilla or almond extract tends to enhance the taste. Try different blends and different liquids that you enjoy to see the varied mixes you can create. Either shake or stir in a glass or mix in a blender.

    After making the shake, Keep refrigerated if you do not drink it all at once, it may separate and need to be blended again.

    SCOOP - For One serving: each flavored scoop is 30 grams, and each unflavored scoop is 19.5 grams. Use "one level scoop" per serving, NEVER heaping. Otherwise, you will not have enough for 30 servings.

    Stomach upset rarely occurs it is usually due to not eating enough food ahead of time, or eating acidic foods. To remedy, eat simple carbohydrates, such as bread or white cookies. Eat as little chocolate as possible because of its high protein and amino acid structure, however a little can be used as needed in your flavored shakes. The chocolate flavoring in the drink formula is all natural. If diarrhea occurs, it could be due to the type of foods eaten or medications or rarely, due to not spreading the Cod Liver Oil throughout the day. Please re-evaluate & correct diet.


    IMPORTANT - limit the following vitamins to normal standard daily amounts because high servings of these vitamins can possibly affect cancer growth(1): B1, B6, B12, folic acid, niacin, and iron.

    Before taking "B" vitamins, get a mineral profile, amino acid profile and "B panel" to check the amounts in your body. If you are low on a specific B vitamin, take the proper supplement to correct that deficiency.
